Fans were so disappointed and exhausted by the RPG-esque gameplay in the epic titles of Assassin’s Creed: Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla that they wanted Ubisoft to go back to stealth and the true roots of the franchise.
The developers of Assassin’s Creed: Mirage, Ubisoft Bordeaux, brought back elements of stealth and the characteristic Assassin’s Creed parkour with a smaller map size and gameplay that rewards stealth. This makes fans believe that an Assassin’s Creed: I Remake is plausible since the groundwork has already been laid.

This is mainly because of the commendable work the developers did with Assassin’s Creed Mirage while on a limited budget and a small workforce.
AC: Mirage’s gameplay rewards stealth with many iconic features from older Assassin’s Creed games making a comeback. This includes bench assassinations, social stealth, and a revamped parkour.
The title also features the best enemy AI seen in the franchise. While remaking the original Assassin’s Creed title from 2007 might be a bit ambitious, it will be straightforward.

Earlier, the idea of a remake was discarded because the modern RPG titles of the Assassin’s Creed franchise had deviated far from the original mechanics. However, the groundwork is already in place with Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
All that remains is for someone to take the initiative and make an Assassin’s Creed: I Remake that will be quite a spectacle. Assassin’s Creed Mirage already has done all the work with revamped parkour, new visuals, and stealth reminiscent of the original titles.
Ubisoft also included a blue-grey color filter for those looking to feel more nostalgic while playing the title. This is the color scheme that was seen in AC: I.
This means that even an ambitious Modder can take up this task and bring it to life. Until a Remake is made, players can enjoy the bustling city of Baghdad, set in the 9th Century, as Basim in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
