There are 13 Fontaine characters in Genshin Impact who follow the Arkhe System. Lyney, Charlotte, Traveler (Hydro), Freminet, Neuvillette, and Emilie have Pneuma powers. Lynette, Navia, Wriothesley, Sigewinne, Clorinde, and Chevreuse have Ousia powers. Furina, the Hydro Archon, is the only character who can use both powers simultaneously.
Pneuma and Ousia are forms of opposing energy in Fontaine that are separate from the seven elements present in Teyvat. Playable Fontaine characters can access Pneuma and Ousia through the Arkhe System.
