Based on how Kukura felt after being told off by her boss, it is safe to assume that she is reaching her boiling point soon.

I feel like we will eventually see Kukura stand up for herself and do things her way. I’m sure that the director will be taken aback, but he will end up being impressed and will start treating her right.

In this way, we may even see Kukura change her departments and start directly handling the aquatic animals.

Recap of Episode 14

Episode 14, titled “Penguin Chaser,” starts with Kukura and Fuka hugging it out at the beach.

They chat on the seashore, with Fuka likewise saying she is working at the Tingaara Aquarium.

Fuka gets the position of a specialist in the aquatic animals’ division and says that she is doing this because she worked at Gama the earlier year.

Maedi informs Kukuru about Fuka and is astonished when Kukuru says that she knows her.

Suwa then tells Kukuru to run a behind-the-scenes tour neglecting her reservations.

Fuka starts working with Chiyu and Marina Yonekura in the penguin region and is entrusted by an envious Chiyu with retaining every one of the names and characters of every penguin.

Kukuru attempts to complete the tour properly, yet the departments say they are excessively occupied.

The same evening is the welcome back party for Fuka, where she says that she chatted with Ojii and had the option to find a new line of work at the aquarium.

Fuka starts her second day of work while Kukuru does a run-through of the tour with Maedi.

She tells Suwa she has coordinated with the staff for the tour but is concerned as she hasn’t got the green signal from the penguin group.

The tour works out positively for four visitors, led by Kukuru and helped by Maedi.

The episode ends with Suwa, irritated there was just one gathering, telling Kukuru to do a better job at attracting customers.

The aquatope on the white sand is an upcoming anime television series produced by P.A.Works.It is scheduled to release in July 2021.

The anime takes place at Gama Gama Aquarium. Kukuru Misakino is an 18-year-old high school student who works there, and she knows about the “secret” of the aquarium: sometimes you can see mysterious things.

One day Kukuru meets Fuuka, standing in front of a water tank with flowing hair and a tear rolling down her cheek. Fuuka has given up on her dream of becoming an idol and she has run away from Tokyo to Okinawa.

Wanting to find a place to belong, Fuuka earnestly asks to work at the aquarium.
