Appare-Ranman! Episode 7: Release Date, Preview, Watch Online

Appare, Kosame, and Hototo travel from Lancaster to Valley of Despair at dawn, starting later compared to the other racers.

Gil’s plan to blow the narrow path in the valley is in action, while rocks and waste items also blocked the other racer’s route. The scheme to crush the athletes is in play, can Appare save the day?

1. Episode 7 Release Date

Episode 7 of the Appare-Ranman! Anime, titled “FAKE,” will be released on Friday, August 14, 2020.  

In the next episode, Appare rushes to save the other racers, and the truth behind Gil’s identity will be revealed!

I. Is Appare-Ranman! on a Break This Week?

No, episode 7 of the Appare-Ranman! Anime will be released as per its schedule; thus, no such delay is announced.

The anime comes out weekly every Friday.

2. Episode 7 Preview & Speculation

The preview of episode 7, titled “FAKE,” showed Appare’s steam engine car racing through the desert and Kosame in panic.

Gil’s henchman points his gun towards Appare, and Dylan has his weapon out too? 

Gil’s car is shown to smash through the barrier, and the dynamite explodes at the top of the valley, causing the rocks to roll down and block the path to Death Valley.

But Appare’s car is shown to run ahead, overcoming all odds. 

At the next stop location, Appare and his friends engrave their dreams under the starry night.

Also, Gil stands on top of his car with a massive weapon in his hands, and there might be a possibility that the man posing as Gil under the mask might be a fake?

3. Recap of Episode 6

I. At the Rest Stop

Episode 6, titled “I am Gil!” begins with the goal announcement for the pre-race set to Lancaster, the spectators eagerly await the racers to arrive!

The racers speed through the mountainous road, and Appare catches up with the others after starting the race at a later time. 

Dylan leads the race with TJ in the second place; they cross the rails a few inches from an approaching train and run ahead of others.

Appare calculates the speed and distance required to cross the train based on the length and cuts forward in front of racers who stopped for the train to pass but is thrown off the track when a red car overtakes Appare’s car. 

Dylan and TJ cross the finish line in first and second place!

II. Next Destination!

Appare and Kosame reach Lancaster and are set to start again at midnight after eight hours.

Richard Reaseman, the owner of the red car, apologizes to Kosame about lousy driving earlier, and Appare gets back to modifying his car. 

Hototo notices Gil’s henchmen, and Al meets up with Sofia, he ends up confiding his concerns to her, but she reassures him that she wanted to continue supporting Al throughout the race.

They meet Kosame and Al practices fencing with him. 

Appare and gang have dinner and strategize how to cross their next race route through Death Valley. 

III. Hototo in Danger

Hototo spies on Gil’s underlings and overhears their plan to block the route to the Valley of Despair and blow up the course once Gil’s car has crossed so that the other vehicles cannot pass.

Hototo gets caught by one of Gil’s men, and Kosame searches for Hototo, surprisingly Kosame gets information about Gil and his gang from Richard. 

Kosame walks right into the group of scheming underlining.

He unsuspectingly asks them if they had seen Hototo, Kosame notices Hototo’s ax and demands/requests to check the box Gil was sitting on, he goes back to Appare after not being able to find Hototo. 

The racers start the race again at midnight, but Appare waits at the start line, and Kosame searches for Hototo once again.

At dawn, Hototo frees himself and runs back to Kosame; they go to the start line to Appare, and Hototo fills them in about Gil’s plan to blow the path with dynamite.

Appare tells them he won’t let it happen and drives his car off to the blocked road where the other racers were trapped!

5. About Appare-Ranman!

Appare-Ranman! is an original Japanese anime television series produced by PA Works and directed by Masakazu Hashimoto. It premiered on April 10, 2020.

Set around the late 19th Century, near the start of the Meiji era in Japan. 

An eccentric inventor and second son of a respected merchant family, Appare Sorano, decides to go on an adventure one day.

However, the samurai Kosame Isshiki is tasked with keeping Appare’s eccentric behavior in check.

While trying to drag Appare back to Japan, Kosame accidentally strands them both at sea, until they are saved at the last moment by a passing American steamship. 

Now stuck in Los Angeles with no money and no easy way to return to Japan, Appare and Kosame decide to enter the “Trans-America Wild Race,” where Appare gets the chance to build a custom automobile and Kosame gets the opportunity to earn enough money to return home. 

The two will have to work together while fighting off rival racers, bandits, and other challenges as they try to win the race.
