The word on the street is that an English version of Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers might roll out next year. This is because the listing of the game appeared on Asian websites.
Moreover, the listing also clearly states that the RPG will house “English [text] with Japanese or English voice-overs.”
Scramble is set six months after the occasion of Persona 5 and serves as its sequel. Initially, the game was released in Japan back in February of this year. But it is still due to gain a Western localization alongside voiceover and text in English.

As of now, Atlus and dev Koei Tecmo have not confirmed anything. So all we can do is wait to see if the news is concrete or not.
