- Today’s update addresses the crashes faced by the players since the release of the Ostara Festival. Settlement decorations as well as the decoration quest will be reactivated with this update.
The Ostara Festival bug was where players were unable to add any decorations to their Ravensthorpe settlement. Some players also experienced lagging issues and game crash with the Ostara Festival update. So, this new fix is a serious sigh of relief.
- General stability fixes have been added and some performance improvements have also been made with this update.
- Some minor bug fixes are also available in the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Update 3.01.
Minor bug issues like sound of footsteps missing when riding the horse and Bayek outfit missing from Transmog has been fixed with Update 3.01.
- Stench of Treachery or Incorrect traitor selection issue has been fixed for the game.
The Stench of Treachery mission is where the players have to select a traitor amongst the choices present but thanks to the bug, whatever choice the players end up making, it’s only the wrong traitor that’s chosen. The update fixes this glitch so that players can move ahead with the game.
- The bug for a Brewing Storm or The duel with Dag has also been fixed.
The Brewing Storm mission is where Eivor needs to duel with Dag after waking up from her sleep, but due to the bug Dag is nowhere near the player’s location and cannot be killed. The much needed bug fix solves the issue.
- Bug for the Clues and Riddles or where players were unable to interact with the door at the start of the quest has been fixed.
The Clues and Riddles mission also had an annoying bug preventing players from progressing to finish the game. The bug prevented Eivor from answering the riddles and restarting the game was of no help. The update has made sure to fix this issue as well.
- The bug has been fixed for the Lost Glory mission where players were unable to find Halfdan before going to the Royal Hall.
The mission where players had to talk to Halfdan to start the quest also had a bug. Players were unable to locate Halfdan anywhere and even after finding and talking to him, their mission just wouldn’t start. Now with the new fix, hopefully people can continue from wherever they were stuck.
- The bug for Foreign Supplies has also been fixed.
This bug belonged to the River Raids update for the game. Players could not upgrade their ships with these foreign supplies as they were unable to carry it during the raids in the first place. Also the limit for Foreign Supply crates was set to 1 but it was shown as 1/1 collected whenever the raids were started.
Now, if you’ve identified the bug you’ve been experiencing in the game, hurry up and get to downloading the new update patch to fix those issues.
