By the end of episode 12 of Aharen is Indecipherable, Aharen noticed that it had been quite some time since Oshiro had been absent. Where is Oshiro?

Remember the kiss Oshiro witnessed? Sure, Oshiro was stunned, but we never knew how badly it affected her. The fact that she is about to challenge herself affected me quite a bit.

She will fight Raido for Aharen. Oshiro seems well-prepared for the fight.

Episode 13 Speculations

It was such a nice ending to the final episode. The season ended on a high note, and the fact that the romantic tension would actually develop into a relationship rather than leaving us on a cliffhanger is fantastic.

My curiosity is piqued about what will happen in season 2. Does season 2 follow the wholesome couple route, or will there be turbulence in their relationship?

Even if I could, I can’t imagine them going through the same type of shenanigans for another season. The show actually ended with them being a happy couple, so yeah, I’m excited to see what the next season will bring.

Episode 13 of Aharen is Indecipherable will be released as a part of season 2. The second season has not been announced yet, so the release date is still undecided.

Episode 12 Recap

There is no doubt that Aharen has great Oshiro detection senses. The benefit of this is that Oshiro can literally hide anywhere.

As soon as Oshiro finds out they’re still not going to go out, she assumes it’s Raido’s fault…and she’s determined to get revenge on him.

While Raido thinks Oshiro isn’t after him, she really is…although at least she challenges him to Reversi instead of a more dangerous opponent. Once again, Raido’s Reversi skills are put to the test.

In flashbacks, we see Oshiro and Aharen becoming friends in middle school, and we even see Aharen with a bob cut. The story also took a turn for the yuri at the end when Oshiro fell for Aharen as she cupped his face.

Despite Oshiro’s superior Reversi skills, Raido will put all his efforts into winning, and he will then announce his affections right in front of Aharen.

In reality, Aharen was not able to confess, but Raido confessed, and Aharen’s awkwardness made her want to kiss him, even though Raido was actually happy. The two then confess their love to one another in a sweet moment.

Obviously, Sato and Ishikawa were there, as well as Tabaru-sensei, who was overwhelmed.

As their relationship hits a cold patch, Raido wonders if he can spice it up by starting his own tapioca company or poisoning the other. This is a montage of flowers growing instead.

I thought Aharen was really sweet to make tea for all the people who have been with them this season and have had such a good time.

Raido and all the other people she’s met this season will always be there for her, no matter what, and she’s worried about a new semester and a possible class change.

With a montage featuring the supporting cast, Futaba and Akkun, Aharen’s siblings, and a new blonde girl we’re not going to get into here, we conclude with a classic Aharen whisper into Raido’s ear.

About Aharen-san wa Hakarenai

Aharen-san wa Hakarenai is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Asato Mizu. It began serialization in Shueisha’s Shōnen Jump+ service in January 2017, and has been compiled into eleven tankōbon volumes.

The story follows the “indecipherable” daily life of the short and quiet Reina Aharen and Raidou who sits next to her in class. Aharen is not so good at gauging the distance between people, and Raidou initially sensed some distance between the two of them.

Then one day, when Raidou picked up the eraser that Aharen had dropped, the distance between them suddenly became uncomfortably close.
