The Vestigial Organ can be obtained as a reward by completing the Miragestone: Vulgus Strategic Outpost Zone Recon Mission in the Agna Desert region in The First Descendant. There is a 50% drop rate of the Vestigial Organ as a reward for this mission.

This mission is a time event and is not available all the time. Therefore, ensure to reach the mission location way in advance before it starts otherwise, you will have to wait for some time before it is available again.

Unfortunately, as there is no guarantee of this weapons drop, you will have to keep replaying this mission unless you get it.
