Calling out for all the Sk8 the Infinity fans as your favorite characters are about to make their appearances again. The voice actors have unveiled the second visual for the SK8 the Infinity OVA, during the special Instagram live session to celebrate the birthday of the series protagonist, Reki.
Earlier in January 2024, the first visual of Kaoru Sakurayashiki (Cherry Blossom) and Kojiro Nanjo (Joe) from the OVA was released. An announcement was also made to rebroadcast season 1 of the anime from October 2024.
Second Visual of the Long-Awaited OVA
The second visual of the SK8 the Infinity OVA, exclusively features another two beloved characters from the series, Shindo Ainosuke (Adam) and Kikuchi Tadashi (Snake).
As usual, Shindo looks all crisp in the fancy suit and the piping hot cup of tea in his beautiful garden. On the other hand, we have his gloomy-looking secretary, Tadashi, lying on his bed.
Staff Info Related to the OVA
It had been earlier confirmed that all the main staff and the voice actors from the first season are returning for this special episode. This means the studio BONES is all set to cast its magic once again. The key cast, which includes the Director, script writer, and character Designer, is as follows.

Expected Plot of the OVA
The OVA episode, which was announced in August 2022, along with the second season’s production, is yet to see a definite release date. There’s no official storyline released for Ova yet, but we can guess from the two visuals released so far.
The first one depicting Kaoru Sakurayashiki and Kojiro Nanjo is expected to give us a glimpse of the chaotic high school life. The two childhood friends haven’t seemed to change much as they still love to get under each other’s skins.
While the second visual of Adam and Snake is teasing to divulge deeper into the story of the major antagonist of the series and his ever-faithful secretary. Fans, for now, have to wait a bit longer to enjoy the OVA and the second season of their beloved anime.
About SK8 the Infinity
The brand new “SK8 the Infinity” original anime by Studio Bones debuting in Winter 2021.
The anime focuses on a second-year high schooler, Reki, who loves skateboarding. He gets mixed up in “S,” a dangerous no-rules underground skateboard race at an abandoned mine.
The plot follows dirty racers, AI racers, and other intriguing individuals to compete in the “youth skateboard race battle.”
