Horimiya is one of those rare rom coms that doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It knows its strengths, and it plays to them perfectly.
Horimiya follows the unlikely friendship of Kyouko Hori and Izumi Miyamura. Despite their opposite personalities, the two quickly become close and share a side of themselves that they keep hidden from others.
You might think it will turn into some cringe romance drama but trust me, it never does. The manga was famous for a reason, and the anime adaptation doesn’t disappoint.
